Morale Damaging To The Veterans. 

The Soldiers, Learned To Not Say. 

Most Were Not Affected. 

The Era Of Anti-Military Feeling. 

Which Continued Through Out The 1980's. 

When Stamp Was Issued, It Was Shuffled To The Bottom 

Of The Pile. The Stamps Were Rejected By Most Customers. 

Hate Grew Within The General Public.

Over And Out.
