There Was A Bunch Of Claims 

In The 1970's That Other Jealous...

Companies Made Up, They Had The Idea.

In The 1940's and Did Not Produce Them.  

Reading The Information, A Bunch Of....

The Truth Of Matter BFGoodrich 

Produced The First Radial Tires 

In The United States In 1965. 

This Innovation Made Tires Even Safer.

As Radial Tires, Have A Composed Structure.

Giving It Longer Tread Life And 

Allow Better Absorption Of Road Noise.

The Smoothed Out, The Bumps And 

Uneven Pours That Make Up The Pavement Surface,

They Tried To Patent The Concept And Method

And It Was Challenged. By The Legal Teams,

Working For The Competitor Tire Companies.

Everybody Was Sue Crazy. Producing An Earlier 

Application, Drawings. These Were Never Produced

In The Same Form,  Michelin, Claimed It Had 

Patent Rights For The Radial. It Does Not 

Look The Same Or Ride The Same.

The Patent Application Was Withdrawn.

For Thirteen Years, A Trade Secret.

Radial Progress Moved Quickly.

BFGoodrich Still Producing The Type. 

The Other Guys

From Bias Rubber Component 

To Bias Radial. 

It Seems Nobody Could Compete.

Or Have The Same Thing As BFGoodrich. 

The Company Had Issues In 1986. 

And Was Broke Apart

Hint… Michelin Had It's Production in1978.

Michelin Purchased BFGoodrich 

The Name Was Sold In 1988 To Michelin

The Rest Came Much Later
