Caused By Hoarding And The Civil War. 

Prompt The Printing. 

First Years The Small Bills 

Were Printed By Outside Sources. 

Until BEP Was Established. 

And From Then All Paper Cash Items 

Were Produce By The Bureau Of Engraving And Printing

Over And Out
